Mr. Borgese joined our firm in January of 2008 as an associate in the area of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. He obtained his undergraduate
degree from the University at Buffalo in 2004 and graduated cum laude with a bachelor's degree in Social Sciences. He thereafter obtained his
juris doctor from Cleveland-Marshall, College of Law in Cleveland, Ohio in May of 2007. While in law school, Mr. Borgese took part in various law school
organizations, including: Cleveland-Marshall's Employment Law Clinic, Catholic Lawyer's Guild and Delta Theta Phi law fraternity. Additionally,
Mr. Borgese served as president of his law school's Justinian Society organization. Mr. Borgese has since been admitted to practice in New York State Court,
the Federal District Court for the Western District of New York and the Bankruptcy Court for the
Western District of New York. He is a member of the Erie County Bar Association, the New York Bar Association, the American Bar Association, and the National Association of Consumer
