The Law Offices of Kenneth Hiller represents military veterans and their families in their claims for
disability compensation and other veteran's benefits and services from the Department of Veterans Affairs. You may receive
veteran benefits when two conditions are met: 1) you have one service-connected disability with a 60% or more disability rating, or two or more service-connected disabilities with a combined
rating of 70% or more, and 2) there is medical evidence of unemployability. If you satisfy these two conditions, then you will be entitled to a 100% disability rating, even though you do not
satisfy that 100% disability rating under the schedule. There are also what are known as "extra-schedular ratings," which applies to veterans who are unemployable due to their
service-connected disability(ies), but whose disability(ies) does not meet the percentage requirements explained above. If you have received a disability rating from the VA and
disagree with it, or if your claim for veterans benefits has been denied, the Law Offices of Kenneth Hiller will represent you in your appeal before the Board of Veterans Appeals and any remand
to the regional office. |
