Frederick Petersen, Esq. is a native of Western New York, and joined the firm in January of 2021. In practicing law for over 11 years, Fred brings with him broad and diverse legal experience in the fields of disability, personal injury, family law, and criminal defense.
A graduate of Clarence High School, Fred attended the University at Buffalo, where he received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science, cum laude. Fred then attended the George Washington University Law School in Washington DC and returned home to sit for the New York State Bar Exam.
Fred views his role as an advocate for the most vulnerable and disenfranchised members of our society and strives to ensure that justice is equally available to all. He lives with his wife Sue, their Chihuahua and three cats in North Buffalo. Fred enjoys futurism and science fiction, visiting new restaurants throughout the area, almost anything outdoorsy, and is an avid Buffalo Bills fan.
