Born and raised in Buffalo, Phil attended McKinley High School and earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Media Studies from the University at Buffalo. After a career in political organizing, Phil enrolled at the University at Buffalo Law School, where he served as an editor on the Buffalo Law Review and an associate with the school’s Affordable Housing Clinic. Phil graduated from the Law School with honors in 2012.
Since his admission to the New York State Bar in 2013, Phil has worked tirelessly to protect the rights of injured workers in the areas of personal injury litigation, Workers’ Compensation, and Social Security Disability.
