Jennifer Dillon, Esq.

Jennifer M. Dillon has been admitted to practice law since 1991 and has been passionately representing Claimants in Social Security Disability and SSI appeals since 1996.

She is a cum laude graduate of Boston College with degrees in Economics and English and a graduate of the University at Buffalo Law School.

She is admitted to practice in New York State, the Western District of New York Federal Court and the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. Ms. Dillon has served on the Board of Directors of the Erie County Bar Association, the Women Lawyers of Western New York and Immaculate Conception School Board in Eden, New York. She has served as Chair of the Disability and Awards Committees and Member of the Judiciary Committee of the Erie County Bar Association.

Ms. Dillon has also been a Grader of the New York State Bar Exam and received an award from the Volunteer Lawyers Project, Inc. for her work with Haven House Legal Clinic. She has also served on a grievance committee for the United States Tennis Association.

In addition to handling Social Security Disability and SSI claims for adults and children, Ms. Dillon has practiced in the areas of civil litigation, appeals, labor and employment law, personal injury and matrimonial and family law. She has represented clients and appeared in New York State Supreme Court, the Appellate Division, Fourth Judicial Department, the Social Security Administration, the Erie County Family Court, the New York State Department of Labor and town and local courts across the region.

Jennifer is very proud of her three beautiful children and is a lover of art, books, tennis, and cross-country skiing.
